WHAT MAKES UP OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE?

As the Director, Marketing, your main responsibility is to play a strategic and tactical role in developing the marketing strategies and programs that will allow Bentley and its private brands to continue to grow and evolve in the marketplace. You will lead all digital marketing initiatives, from campaign ideation to execution, measurement, and optimization. You will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and programs to achieve sales objectives, ensuring the allocated annual budget and minimizing expenses, understanding meaningful and relevant metrics for business performance and translating these information using data analytics, oversee website operation and planning process to encourage increased purchases. In addition, you are responsible for leading your team to success. You ensure their professional development through continuous feedback and coaching, and you establish personalised goals aligned with the company’s objectives.

You are a Brand Ambassador; you embody the Bentley vision and our values, so you take pride in sharing your expert product knowledge and your passion for travel with your team and the people around you.

WHAT DO YOU BRING?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or in a related field;
  • A minimum of 7-10 years experience in a marketing or publicity, preferably in the retail industry;
  • A minimum of 5 years of management experience;
  • Excellent management skills including listening, coaching, and training;
  • In-depth understanding of graphic fundamentals, typography, the Web;
  • Print and web design abilities: must be able to work in both media for campaigns;
  • Excellent knowledge of UX best practices and B2C optimization (web and mobile), web and mobile KPIs and how to influence them, Google Analytics and required media platforms (Facebook Ads, Google advertisements, etc.).
