WHY ARE YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE?
As director of operations, your main responsibility is to develop and manage the operations, customer service and economic strategy for all the stores aligned with the global policy defined by the company. You will analyze and manage budgets and indicators. You are the director of all the stores, and therefore you are responsible for the relevance of your management and the achievement of objectives related employee and customer experience (analysis and steering of budgets and key indicators).
You are a Brand Ambassador; you embody the Bentley vision and our values, so you take pride in sharing your expert product knowledge and your passion for travel with your team and the people around you.
